This restaurant slots in perfectly with Peregian’s village atmosphere. Peregian Beach just keeps getting better and better. And it would seem I am becoming quite the regular visitor to what could almost be called a small coastal village.
The area is filled with stores and dining venues that retain an untainted ambience and charm and Pitchfork fits in perfectly. The restaurant is in the central square with tables that spill out to the edge of the park. A foodie favourite makes a welcome return in a new location. Thomas Corner Eatery has been on my must visit list for quite some time and I feel almost ashamed I waited so long to go. The relatively new creation of Noosa food hero David Rayner (of Riverhouse fame), the restaurant focuses on fresh regional produce.
Spilling across several levels, it is casually elegant and encourages last-minute drop-ins, as evidenced by a ’no booking’ policy. Although the eatery has a fabulous wine list, I always find it hard to resist a good cocktail >>> read more
