Tucked away with great views over Mooloolaba, EV is a worthy successor to Earth. I spend a lot of time in Mooloolaba and have been guilty of not always giving it ample praise for its dining venues. But recent additions to the dining circuit have lifted the bar somewhat, as was the case with my recent foray into my favourite coastal strip. EV Bistro Wine Bar could almost be overlooked as its upstairs venue is not exactly somewhere you would stumble in to, although many would remember its predecessor, Earth. >>> read more
