Slow Food Sunshine Coast Hinterland is hosting a wonderful ‘End of Year Feast’ on Monday 30th November. Julie Shelton has been doing an amazing job to give locals the opportunity to sample some of the most wonderful regional produce.
Here’s the teaser:
- Max Porter’s famous duck liver & spanner crab paté
- Betel leaf morsels
- Heritage tomato salad and Cedar Street Cheeserie buffalo mozzarella
- Thrice-cooked Bottle Tree Hill organic pork hock and belly salad – Chinese/Thai-style
- Gympie Farm Cheese yoghurt with beetroot & pecans
- Slow-braised Thompson Buffalo
- Albacore tuna from Mooloolaba, Spanish-style – with tomato, green olives & peppers
- Thai-style puddings
