Gympie Farm Cheese a winner!

I have had so much on lately, while finding so much to write about, I am still as time poor as always, but I did want to quickly mention Gympie Farm Cheese’s fabulous success at the recent Brisbane Cheese Awards.
Yes, there is more congratulations to be shared (I promise I will share some stories other than awards soon as well, it is just that time of year). Most conscientious foodies are well aware of the fabulous cheeses that Camille Mortaud has been creating for years, so again we already knew how good they were, but now everyone else will as well.
Gympie Cheese took out the award for Best Queensland Cheese with their Gympie Matured – Gympie Farm Cheese. They also fared well under the Fresh Curd Matured category with their Cherve Matured.
For those of you who have not had the pleasure of trying their cheeses, Gympie Farm Cheese is available at the Noosa Farmers’ market and Eumundi Market.
